Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our research-use-only products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it has been processed and shipped. Once an order has left our facility, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items carefully. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our team at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Please include:

A detailed description of the issue

Photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once the issue is verified, we will take appropriate action to resolve it, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are only approved in the following situations:

Successful cancellation of an order prior to shipping

Verified receipt of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process. However, your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

International Orders

All international orders are placed at the buyer’s risk. Ryvéa does not assume responsibility for issues related to international shipping, including but not limited to:

Customs delays or seizures

Shipment delays by the carrier

Lost or misrouted packages

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve a product that is currently out of stock or set to release soon. Depending on the product, you may be asked to:

Pay the full amount up front

Provide a deposit

Authorize a future charge when the item becomes available

You may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to fulfillment. If canceled, any payments already made will be refunded.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. If a pre-ordered product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact [email protected], and we will address it in accordance with the policies outlined above.

Refunds for canceled or unfulfilled pre-orders follow the same timeline and method as standard refunds.
